REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for choosing Isese. We are committed to providing high-quality traditional services and authentic products. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

1. Classes & Training Programs

Booking & Payments
All class bookings must be paid in full or as otherwise stated at the time of registration.

Cancellations by You

>> Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
>> Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled once (subject to availability).

No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend a class without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered:

>> A full refund, or
>> The option to reschedule to another available date

2. Products (Traditional Items)

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

>> Item must be unused and in original condition
>> Item must be in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

>> Custom-made or personalized products
>> Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos). We will:
